Course
Texts
Unless otherwise
noted, required course texts are not included in the course
material. Students are
responsible to acquire the necessary texts. ITS recommends the
following for acquiring course texts:
- FIRST, students taking a
course for credit should communicate with their campus bookstore.
Some schools require students to purchase course texts through them.
- A second option is to
consider using an online retailer.
This method offers increased availability, lower prices and faster
delivery. ITS recommends:
www.amazon.com
(a very
popular new/used book seller and distributer)
www.addall.com
(allows you
to compare prices from multiple new/used
book sellers)
www.barnesandnoble.com
www.specialty-books.com
- Contact the publisher
directly.
- Contact ITS
if you have difficulty acquiring a textbook.
NOTE:
In Course
Descriptions,
"Check Library" following a course text means the student may need to
check a school library or an online retailer to find a copy of the book.
